    HOW DO I KNOW IF I SUCCESSFULLY PLACED MY ORDER?

    After your order is submitted you will receive an order confirmation number. You should also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is submitted. If you are still unsure if your order was successfully placed, please feel free to contact us via the Contact Us page and we will check the order status for you.

    CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

    Orders may be cancelled via email up to the time that your order is shipped. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. If an order is successfully cancelled, allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

    DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

    Assorted Hat Company, LLC does not take custom orders. However, our sister company, Made in China, TX does accept custom orders. You can contact MIC through Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/madeinchinatx.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO ASSORTED HAT COMPANY, LLC UNDELIVERABLE OR FROM AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?

    The customer is responsible for payment to reship the item(s). Contact Assorted Hat Company, LLC and we will send an invoice for the cost of shipping. If your order is returned to us and you decide that you would rather cancel your order instead of purchasing a reshipping fee, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    WHAT'S YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

    We strive to sell the best quality products at a reasonable price, but that does not mean that on occasion there might not be a defect that our quality control missed.

    Hat Warranty

    If your find a defect in your hat within 30 days of purchase, and there is not obvious signs of wear and tear, we will send you a new one. Warranty does not cover hat stains or discoloration. Stains and discoloration are caused by sweat, water, natural oils from your hair, make-up, prolonged exposure to the sun, dirt, rain, etc. If you have any further issues concerning your product, please contact the hat manufacturer on the label inside your hat.

    Shirt Warranty

    We carry only high-quality shirts so we can offer the best quality to our customers. Please inspect your shirt upon receiving it. If you find an issue with your shirt upon inspection please contact us immediately. Shirts that have been worn and/or washed are not eligible for replacement.
